Provide Support

Your customers can contact you directly at your store page.They can write you and ask general questions if they have questions before purchasing a product, or they can contact you regarding an order from their account.

You will find all the support requests under the “Support” Tab on your Dashboard.

You will find a list of all the customers that opened a support ticket with you.

By clicking on it, you will be able to respond.

Single ticket view

When the issue has been resolved, you may change the status to “Close Ticket“.
